Apparently, the British media has laid its focus on Nigel Farage, the leader of right-wing populist party UKIP, and his potential application for German citizenship[1].

By publishing such speculations and placing them on the European agenda the British media not simply continues to straighten the national political position based on denial for further collaboration with its formal EU partners but also expresses critical reference towards the existing migration measures in Germany[2].

The media gamble regarding the trading and labour status between the two countries have started even before Brexit including dramatic prognosis of global economic power reduce of 17% of the whole EU[3].

Still, the apocalyptical forecast remains figment of the imagination since the Brexit outcome will not bring victorious financial results to the United Kingdom in the near future[4].
